Meet Tracy Thompson

Tracy Thompson brings nearly four decades of professional court reporting experience to the National Academy of Court Reporting. Her career includes 24 years as an Official Federal Court Reporter in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, where she wrote realtime daily.

After retiring from federal service, Tracy dedicated her work to education, mentoring, and professional development. Through LearnToRealtime, she has developed advanced realtime training, certification preparation, continuing education programs, and individualized coaching for court reporters throughout the United States.

Her experience and practical approach to education became the foundation for NACR.
